Legendary chef, Justin Cucci, grew up immersed in the restaurant industry. His family owned and ran the notable Waverly Inn in New York City from 1956 to 1994. In 2008, Chef Cucci moved to Denver and became a legendary serial restaurateur. From Root Down (x2) to Linger, Ophelia's, Vital Root and El Five, he has now made his entire Edible Beats family of restaurants 100% employee owned. We strategically positioned Edible Beats as "A Food Group" at its core — leaving plenty of room for the individual restaurant personalities to tell their own stories. Then, we created a logo lockup and a series of campaign ads to help celebrate the 300+ new employee owners and the delicious creativity of the Edible Beats' universe.
